It’s Thanksgiving weekend and one thing I’m thankful for is having some time to catch-up on some pictures. Yikes I’m way behind!
We seem to be going non-stop and it’s nice to do some photo editing for a change instead of attending a meeting after work. I’ve grouped these updates into two categories: Things we did and NC State football.
It’s a cold and rainy day here in Raleigh. I decided to work on getting some pictures posted to hibbets.net today (I’m still way behind from the busy summer). Why not brighten up the day with some memories of the Outer Banks?
The first set of photo’s was an opportunistic sunset on Pea Island. My friend Tony and I were wrapping up a great surf session in Rodanthe when we saw the perfect set-up for the sunset. We pulled over at new inlet and got some great pictures.
I finally got some time to get my pictures from the 2010 Wolfpack football season together. From the opening game against Western Carolina to the overtime loss at East Carolina, we’ve enjoyed tailgating, wins, losses, and the excitement of Wolfpack football.

I spent most of my weekend editing pictures and videos from all of the concerts we’ve been to this summer. We started the summer series off in Virginia Beach with The Offspring and 311. Then, on a whim, went to see 40 oz to Freedom, a Sublime cover band who was playing at The Pit in Kill Devil Hills, NC while we were on the OBX.

I’ve decided to challenge myself in the kitchen this week. The rules of the challenge are:
We spent a lot of time on the Outer Banks this past July. Our tans were looking good, we had a good dose of salt water in our bloodstream, and we watched lots of sunsets. We kicked things our with our FOJ (Fourth of July) trip, then returned the next week for an offshore fishing trip. There was another weekend in there somewhere too, we forget.
