The final day of One Love California Reggae Festival was another day full of back-to-back sets from some of our favorite bands and some of our new favorite bands. We slept in a bit today after a really long Saturday to make the most of the final day.
Our main focus was to arrive in time and get a good spot to see the Common Kings. But the weather was going to be a challenge. Colder temps and rain was in the forecast, but we were prepared thanks to last year. Game on.
It was also great to hang out with some of the people we met in Jamaica. If you needed to find us, just look for the palm tree!
Our line-up included: Common Kings, Katchafire, J Boog, The Green, Iration, Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley, and Slightly Stoopid. The set of the day goes to the Common Kings and The Green put on a great set too. We saw the beginning of the Iration set, but missed some of it, because…
The highlight of the night was hanging out with our Long Beach friends that we met in Jamaica and going backstage with Junyer King and the Common Kings. We got to meet J Boog and were feeling the good vibes.
