Water Tower
The Water Tower seems to come around every few years as the hot spot. It usually starts firing off on good swells from later summer into the fall and winter seasons. The Nags Head Municipal Center has shared parking with the beach access. A shower is available on the west side of the building. (The water tower has since been decommissioned and removed, so we need to think of a better name.)
