2004
2004 was busy for hibbets.net. Ashley and Joey Renfrow got married in January. Jenni Blackwell had her 21st birthday and we took a winter retreat to Wrightsville Beach in February. We took our Border Collie's, Dot & Nat, to Bark Around the Park in April. May was busy: Jason took Merri Beth, Jenni, and Katie to the Hillsborough Hike, then Denise Atkinson and Wyat Appel got married, Jason had a small chicken wings and beer birthday party, and we took off for a day at Topsail Island. We participated in Race for the Cure and went Wake Boarding on Falls Lake in June. Jason went on a White Water Rafting trip to West Virginia at the end of July. The end of the summer brought a party at Churchills in August, a day at Salvo, NC and then the World Beer Festival both in September. The Fall was filled with Love (Steve and Nancy got married), fun (with GSS at Jillians), and scary frights for Halloween. December was filled with festivities, the Red Hat Holiday Party and almost a white Christmas.
